A price alone doesn't tell you much. A proposal should explain what you're getting, how it's priced, and on what terms — so there's nothing to interpret or assume once the contract starts.

A summary of your site and service.: Confirming what was discussed during the walkthrough, so there's no ambiguity about which site and service type the proposal covers.

The full scope of work.: Not a summary — the actual areas, tasks and frequencies agreed on, carried straight from the walkthrough and scope stages.

Clear pricing.: Presented the way that's useful to you — per visit, monthly, or annual contract value — with GST treatment stated plainly.

Terms and exclusions.: Payment terms, proposal validity, and anything explicitly not included, set out up front rather than buried in fine print.
